These terms apply to the website twoofakindrentals.com, operated by Two of a Kind Rentals ("we," "us," "our"), and to the internal software described in the End-User License Agreement below.

Website use

You may use this site to browse our inventory, build wishlists, and contact us about rentals. You agree not to misuse the site — no attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting the service, scraping at volume, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Content on this site, including photographs, text, and our name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without permission.

Inquiries and quotes

Submitting a wishlist or inquiry is a request, not a booking. Nothing is reserved until we confirm it in writing and any required deposit is received. Pricing shown on the site is an estimate and may change based on availability, event date, delivery location, and final order details.

Actual rental transactions are governed by the rental agreement you sign with us, not by these terms. If the two conflict, the signed rental agreement controls.

Accuracy

We work to keep inventory and pricing current, but we don't warrant that everything on the site is accurate, complete, or available at any given moment.

Third-party services

Our site uses third-party services, including Goodshuffle Pro for wishlists and quoting. Your use of those features is also subject to the applicable third-party terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

Governing law

End-User License Agreement

This section is the license agreement for internal software operated by Two of a Kind Rentals, including our QuickBooks Online integration.

Scope

This software is internal business tooling. It is not sold, distributed, offered to the public, or made available to our customers. The only authorized users are Two of a Kind Rentals and its personnel.

License

Where the software incorporates third-party open-source components, those components remain governed by their own licenses. Nothing here grants any third party a license to our internal software.

Permitted use

The software is licensed solely for managing our own business records. Authorized users may connect it to accounts and data belonging to Two of a Kind Rentals. It may not be used to access any account or data belonging to another party.

Data handling

The software reads business records — including accounting data from QuickBooks Online — onto computing equipment we control. Access credentials are stored locally with restricted file permissions.

This software incorporates generative AI. Business records retrieved by the software are transmitted to Anthropic for processing by its Claude models, subject to Anthropic's terms and privacy policy. Aside from that processing, the software does not aggregate, resell, or redistribute data, and does not transmit it to other third parties.

No warranty

The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any output is accurate. Output is not a substitute for reviewed financial statements or professional accounting advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Two of a Kind Rentals accepts no liability for damages arising from use of this internal software.

Changes

We may modify or discontinue this software at any time.
