This page describes an internal software integration used by Two of a Kind Rentals.

What it is

We operate a private integration that connects our own QuickBooks Online account to internal reporting tools running on computers we control. We use it to review our own accounting records — invoices, payments, and standard financial reports — alongside our marketing and operations data.

Who can use it

No one outside our business. This integration is not a product. It is not sold, distributed, or offered to customers or the public, and it has no public sign-up. The only account it connects to is our own.

Connecting and disconnecting

Because this integration is internal, connection and disconnection are handled directly by our staff through the Intuit App Center and our own systems. There is no customer-facing connection flow.

To disconnect this integration from a QuickBooks Online company, an authorized user signs in to QuickBooks Online and removes the app under Settings, or contacts us at the address below.

Data handling

Accounting data accessed through this integration is read onto equipment we control. Credentials are stored locally with restricted access.

This integration uses generative AI: accounting records it retrieves are sent to Anthropic's Claude models for analysis, under Anthropic's terms and privacy policy. The data is our own business and financial information. It is not resold or redistributed, and is not shared with other third parties.
